Occupying 165m², the magnificent Ballroom with its huge chandeliers is the largest of the function rooms in the CITY PALACE. The open arrangement of the corridors on the east and west sides of the hall and the adjoining south corridor creates a total area of 260m². Each floor has its own catering area.

The 150m² Princely Dining Room serves as a particularly exclusive extension of the first floor rooms with its 19th century French carpet and original furniture. The large dining table seats 28.
The ground-floor Minoritenhalle with its light wood panelling, a separate kitchen, toilets and washrooms, together with its direct access to the inner courtyard, is an attractive and modern roughly 150m² alternative.

The 530m² Hercules Hall is Vienna’s largest secular baroque hall. The perfectly restored magnificent ceiling fresco by Andrea Pozzo and the impressive marble columns form the splendid setting for formal dinners for up to 360 guests, as well as for concerts, receptions or conferences.

The former Ladies’ Apartments, three adjoining almost square rooms of 100m² each, extend the ground-floor function area. These rooms are ideal as lounge or bar area, for music and dancing or as a haven to which your artistes or event crew can withdraw.

The classical-style library with its collection of roughly 100,000 books can be viewed as part of guided tours and functions. The historical structure and the valuable books mean that the Library can only be used as function area in exceptional cases. It serves as a superb setting for smaller meetings or photo-shootings.

The Princely Garden is open to the public during the day, a magnificent oasis of green for the 9th District. Of the total of roughly 5 hectares, about 1.5 can be used for functions. Garden parties, company summer celebrations or outdoor weddings are possible and can be an excellent complement to your function in the Liechtenstein GARDEN PALACE.
