The GARDEN PALACE is barrier-free accessible.
Buggies, Electric Scooters & Bikes
Buggies can be stored in the palace, inside the exhibition rooms buggies are not permitted due to limited room capacities.
Electric scooters and bikes are not permitted inside the palace.
Cloak Room
Outerwear (coats, jackets, hats, etc.), umbrellas, walking sticks, backpacks, bags and
other articles of daily use larger than 21 x 30 cm must, without exception, be handed in to the cloak-room.
Audio System
An audio system is used during the tour.
Independent Offering of Guided Tours | Tours with External Guides
We would like to point out that independently offering guided tours on our premises is strictly prohibited. Unfortunately, tours with external licensed guides are also not permitted in the special exhibition.

Group visits (e.g. clubs or associations)
Due to capacity limitations, group visits are only possible for groups of up to 6 people. For groups of 7 or more, advance registration by email at office@palaisliechtenstein.com is required. Please note that, depending on visitor demand, waiting times for groups may occur at any time.
Consent to image and audio recordings
With regard to television, film, video, image and audio recordings, visitors to the Special Exhibition in the GARDEN PALACE (30 January to 06 April 2026) grant their consent to the organizer and to any third party transmitting or making such recordings to the effect that the recordings made of said visitors during or in connection with the event may be exploited, stored, distributed, sold or otherwise used worldwide free of charge and for an indefinite period using any current or future technical process.
